Business mind. Stage soul.
Ten years of hands-on work, more than 50 businesses and a stint as CEO that explains why I start by cutting.
Murillo Bacchi is a marketing and growth engineer. The work is to design the system that brings in customers, measure where it gets stuck and cut what does not pay for itself. Murillo consults for businesses and clinics from Curitiba, working online across Brazil, in English or Portuguese. Ten years of hands-on work, more than 50 businesses helped gain traction, and time in an agency, a scale-up and the CEO's chair. Murillo joined Wedely in 2022 and, in 2025, took over all of marketing: one year leading the team and owning the budget and the target. At Adega Curitibana, Murillo took the company to R$ 1 million (Brazilian reais) in revenue in under a year.
Training in strategic marketing and branding: Wharton Online, CXL and IE Business School. Author of Comunicação Descomplicada, an e-book in Portuguese. Partner at Bache, a Marketing Engineering Advisory for Healthcare and the execution arm of the method.
The origin
Before strategy, there was a stage.
I sang for 15 years. That is where I learned to hold attention in the first seconds, read the audience in real time and make someone feel something.
A stage teaches something a spreadsheet does not: the difference between being right and being heard. A flawless strategy nobody buys is not strategy: it is an exercise. Today I use what the stage taught me to sell results, not a show.
Then, running things.

Agency
Kmuflaza Digital
In 2018 I opened Kmuflaza Digital, my agency, and took full-funnel strategy to dozens of businesses. That is where the math became clear: a beautiful campaign does not save a confusing offer.

CEO
Adega Curitibana
Then I became CEO of Adega Curitibana for 10 months. In the first six months, monthly revenue went from R$ 5,000 to R$ 150,000, and I took the company to R$ 1 million in revenue in under a year, with e-commerce, funnel and operations rebuilt from scratch. The part of this story that matters is not the number. It is having sat in the chair of the person who signs the checks. After that, it is impossible to recommend something you would not do yourself.

Scale-up
Wedely
At Wedely, an international delivery scale-up, I joined in 2022 and in 2025 took over all of marketing: one year leading the team and owning the budget and the target, adjusting product, user experience, acquisition channels and retention. Real growth happens where these four things meet. Not inside the ad platforms.
Why I start by cutting.
Everyone wants to do more. Almost no one wants to cut. But a stuck business almost never suffers from a lack of initiative: it suffers from too many initiatives with no priority.
That is why the first deliverable is rarely a new campaign. It is a list of what to stop doing. And the reason for each item on the list.
What the method stands on.
- 10years of hands-on work, not of theory.
- 50+businesses helped gain traction, among companies and clinics.
- Training in strategic marketing (Wharton Online) and branding (CXL and IE Business School).
- Experience on both sides: the side that recommends and the side that executes, from consulting to the CEO's chair.
Outside work.
I am married to Madu Heiden and a father to Maria Tereza. That shapes how I work too: with responsibility, no easy promises and no magic formula. Anyone with a daughter learns fast that promising what you do not control gets expensive.
