Privacy and cookies.

What this site collects, who it shares it with and how you switch it off.

Without your consent, the site does not set any measurement or advertising cookie. With your consent, it does, and you can change your mind at any time with the Cookies button in the footer of any page.

Murillo Bacchi, the owner of this site, is responsible for this data. This is an English translation for convenience: if anything differs, the Portuguese version prevails.

01

What the site stores

Essential: always on.

The site stores a single record in your browser, called mb_consent. It remembers whether you accepted or declined, for 12 months. Without it, the banner would come back on every visit. It does not identify you.

Measurement: only with your consent.

  • Google Analytics 4 (Google). Counts visits, where they came from and how many clicked on WhatsApp. Sets the cookies _ga and _ga_P6P7HS19JF, which last up to 2 years.
  • Microsoft Clarity (Microsoft). Shows where visitors click and how far they scroll, in anonymized screen recordings. Sets _clck, for 1 year, and _clsk, for 1 day. It only loads after you consent.

Without consent, Google Analytics still receives a signal that someone visited, with no cookie and no way to identify you. It only serves to estimate the total number of visits.

Advertising: only with your consent.

This option turns on three Google signals: ad_storage, ad_user_data and ad_personalization. When on, Google may associate your visit with ads and with your Google account, to measure campaigns and choose which ad you see. When off, none of that happens.

Today the site loads no ad pixel. If it ever does, it will only fire after you consent.

02

Who it shares it with

Newsletter and contact.

If you subscribe to the newsletter (published in Portuguese), your email goes to beehiiv, which sends the issues, and a backup copy of mine is kept on Cloudflare. To leave, use the unsubscribe link at the end of any issue.

The WhatsApp buttons take you to Meta's app, and from there the conversation follows their policy. Scheduling opens on Cal.com, on a page hosted by Cal.com itself, under its own policy.

The site runs on Cloudflare, which records the IP address of visitors in order to deliver the page and block abuse.

03

Your rights

You control your data.

Brazil's data protection law, the LGPD (Law 13,709/2018), guarantees that you can ask for access to, correction of or deletion of what I hold about you, and withdraw your consent whenever you want. To withdraw consent, use the button below. For the other requests, message me on WhatsApp.

If what I collect changes, this page changes. The date is below.
